entrepreneurs: the training ambition set out in the former MoU
THRIVE previously entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), the federal government agency responsible for fostering the growth of SMEs. That MoU has since elapsed and is no longer in force.
Under it, the two organisations set out to equip entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to drive business growth and economic development, with an ambition to train five million entrepreneurs over five years.

The people who deliver the work
THRIVE was founded by Catherine O. Enaohwo, an Economist with more than twenty-five years across First National Bank South Africa, ARM Investment Managers, Liberty Group, UBA and the Nigerian Export Import Bank. She is an NCMD-accredited management trainer, a federally licensed Business Development Service Provider, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
