Strategic Leadership in the Super-Intelligence Era
A global executive leadership experience for leaders who shape organisations, communities, markets and the future. Presented by THRIVE Resource Centre in partnership with Bentley University, Boston.
Work with Bentley University faculty and industry leaders to make sense of where disruption will land, decide what your organisation should do about it, and leave with a 90-day Executive Transformation Action Plan. Includes a Boston excellence-centre visit, a networking dinner with US industry leaders and a certificate issued by Bentley University. Small, selective cohort by nomination.
Overview
Every organisation now has an AI plan. Far fewer have the leadership to carry it out. This programme is built for senior leaders who have to make decisions about technology, people and institutions while the ground is still moving.
Key programme features
- Faculty-led, discussion-first. Bentley faculty and executive-education contributors lead the academic content. Expect debate and case work, not lectures.
- Real-world cases and peer exchange. Practical exercises and conversations with senior leaders across sectors, with global, African and Nigerian perspectives.
- Boston immersion. A curated visit to a Boston-area excellence centre and a networking dinner with US industry leaders.
- A deliverable. Every participant builds a 90-day Executive Transformation Action Plan for their own organisation.
Key topics
- Leadership & Strategy. Make sense of the superintelligence era, anticipate where disruption will land, and settle the strategic choices your organisation has to make.
- The Intelligent Organisation. AI-enabled decision intelligence, operating models, workforce change and innovation, and building a high-performance culture.
- Governance & Execution. Responsible adoption, risk and institutional trust, and turning what you have learned into action.
- Executive Transformation Lab. A working session where you draft your own 90-day plan, with priorities, owners, milestones and measures of success.
- Boston Executive Immersion and an exclusive Networking Dinner with US industry leaders.
What you will gain
- A sharper view of leadership and strategy in a fast-changing, AI-driven world.
- Practical ways to turn emerging technology into organisational performance and public value.
- Tools for stronger governance, decision-making, innovation, culture and execution.
- A clear executive framework for weighing AI opportunities against the risks.
- Peer connections with senior leaders across sectors and institutions.

- Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and senior public-sector leaders
